Tara Mulroy was born and raised in Clonmel, County Tipperary, Ireland. There, her Dad, Paidair Mulroy, operated his own pub, The Horseman Lounge, on the first floor of the family homestead. (Rumor has it that if you need a tip on a good horse, Paidair's your man!!) Literally, Tara has been in the pub business her entire life.
