Tonight is our 2nd Monthly Guest Chef Dinner. We are featuring Johnson & Wales Graduate Justin Ketner.   Justin was chef and menu designer for Whispering Pines Conference Center for 11 years.  He has worked in local chowder houses to Classic French Cuisine Restaurants. He was also the chef manager for Sunday River Ski Resort as well as a consultant for numerous restaurants.

Tonight he will be serving up his delicious Guinness Braised Beef Brisket, sautéed crunchy cabbage & kale with rarebitt potatoes.

Come on down for a delicious dinner!
